Where should i seat in an airplane in order to have greatest chance of surviving a crash?

There is no specific seat that will allow you a greater chance of surviving a plane crash because there are so many different ways a plane can go down. Some crashes the passengers sitting in the back survive. In other crashes, it is the people in the back to die. I would not worry about the plane crashing since the number of airline crashes have decreased a lot. Airline travel is still the safest form of transportation. Just listen to the flight safety instructions and know where the emergency exits are. What I do when I board an aircraft is count how many rows I am away from the nearest emergency exit.

They put the “black box” in the tail as that seems to be the piece of the plane that survives the most often. Too bad there are no seats in the tail. Tail gunners on the early model B52 bombers were often the only ones to survive a crash. When they moved the seat to the middle of the plane, using a remote controlled gun at the rear, some tail gunners quit rather than move. If a plane hits something, the front is the first part to hit. Little is there to absorb the impact so the front is almost never found intact. As you move further back in the plane, there is more to take the impact and more of the plane is found intact. BUT too far back and the fuel in the wings will fry you. I would suggest you sit over the wings.
