From this Web page, you can learn which fleets have excess credits to transfer, exchange information via a credit transfer bulletin board, and download the form necessary to complete a credit transfer. DOE does not collect information on the cost of a credit transfer between fleets and does not know the cost to acquire AFV-acquisition credits.
