Generally, Amazon’s the cheapest place to buy them, and it offers the fastest shipping. Here’s a big list of containing every LSAT PrepTest linked there. Out of the books I recommend, bookstores tend to stock only 10 Actual Official LSAT PrepTests (the oldest book of 10 exams). I suspect this is because it has the most official-sounding name. Sometimes bookstores carry all 3 books of 10 exams each, but I’ve never seen a bookstore stock individual PrepTest booklets.
