Where should deliveries be directed and at what timeframes are deliveries permitted?
All deliveries should be directed to the loading dock located off of Lower Wacker Drive. All major moves/deliveries must be scheduled in advance during non-business hours, 5:30 PM- 6:30 AM Monday though Friday or anytime on Saturday and Sunday. A current certificate of insurance from the mover is required prior to the delivery or pickup being approved by the Management Office. All moving companies must be union movers. Minor deliveries are allowed Monday through Friday from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. These deliveries must be scheduled with the Management Office. This is reserved dock time only; the freight elevator is not on independent service. Therefore, the doors will not remain open for you to load the elevator.
