All deliveries should be directed to the loading dock. All major moves/deliveries must be scheduled in advance during non-business hours, 5:30 P.M 7:00 A.M. Monday though Friday, all day Saturday, or all day Sunday. A current certificate of insurance from the mover is required prior to the delivery or pickup being approved by the Management Office. (Please refer to the building rules and regulations for further details).

All deliveries should be directed to the loading dock, located on Lower Wacker and Post Place. Deliveries requiring one (1) hour or less may be scheduled during normal business hours between 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday except Legal Holidays. All delivery personnel may access the loading dock on a first come first serve basis. Any delivery requiring more than one (1) hour for completion should be scheduled after normal business hours, in advance, through the Management Office at (312) 759-2100. All after hour deliveries are subject to a charge.

All deliveries should be directed to the loading dock which is accessible from the alley (Arcade Place) on the North side of the building. Deliveries requiring twenty minutes or less may be scheduled during normal dock hours between 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All delivery personnel may access the loading dock on a first come first serve basis. Any delivery requiring more than twenty minutes or extensive freight use should be scheduled after hours by submitting the required After Hours Freight Request form to the management office. This form can be found by clicking on the “Forms and Information” option in the menu, then the “After Hours Freight Request Form.” All after hours deliveries are subject to a charge for freight elevator usage.

Tenants needing after hours deliveries may be charged for dock supervision.

All major moves/deliveries must be scheduled in advance and occur during non-business hours (5:30pm-12:00am Monday though Friday, all day Saturday, or all day Sunday). A current Certificate of Insurance from the mover is required prior to the delivery or pickup being approved by the Management Office.
