Where should carriers file Wisconsin unit statistical data?

0

Carriers licensed to write worker’s compensation in the State of Wisconsin are obligated to file all data with WCRB. All unit statistical data must be filed with WCRB. There are two filing options for carriers. The data can either be filed directly with our office, or be filed with NCCI and they (NCCI) transmit the data to WCRB on the insurer’s behalf. In either situation, all unit statistical data must successfully pass all Wisconsin edits. In the event a report fails edits as documented by either WCRB and/or NCCI, the edit failure(s) must be corrected and filed in a timely and accurate manner, or be subject to fine by WCRB.
