Where should an internal siren be placed?
The internal siren is built-into the main controller. The main controller is the brain of the system to which all the system’s accessories would be wirelessly linked. The system is concealable away from view but consideration should be made for the audibility of the siren and live communicator when the system is in active stage. The system is supplied with a 1metre telephone cord but can be substituted with a longer one if it is going to be placed at a distance from the incoming telephone line port. Ideally (not necessarily), the main controller should be placed as centrally as feasible to increase audibility and remote control of the system from all angles of the secured property. For example the main controller would be best suited to be placed on the middle floor in a three storey property.
