Per Pub 100-02, Chapter 13, Section 3 (Services Furnished by Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) Which Are Not RHC/FQHC Services), diagnostic tests such as X-rays and EKG interpretations are covered. Therefore, the Professional Component should be billed to Part A and the Technical Component should be billed to Part B for Independent RHCs.
