A transcript of an order for restitution may be filed in three places: • in the real estate records of the office of the clerk and recorder of any county in which the defendant holds an interest in real property. • with the Secretary of State’s office for any interest of the defendant in personal property. • with the authorized agent as defined in section 42-6-102 (1), C.R.S. for any interest of the defendant in a motor vehicle.
