You can look up what you have eaten and add the calories to your ‘plate’ and it will tell you what you have eaten that day. You can also set a weight loss target and it will tell you how many calories you should be eating if you want to lose that amount of weight, I love it! It makes everything so much easier (and you also realise you can eat a lot more than you thought you could and still lose weight – which is never a bad thing!
