When adding listings it is extremely important to be aware of the difference between Attached/Detached property and Attached/Detached garage. The field titled ‘Property Attached/Detached’ is where you enter whether the property itself is attached to another property or stands alone. The field titled ‘Parking Type’ is where you enter if the garage is attached to the property or stands alone.
