During the Artsystems installation the default location for all files is C:\Program Files\Artsystems [Product Name] (the product name is GalleryPro, Collections or Studio). If the database (.asd file) is to be saved outside the default location in Windows, create a new folder and move the database (.asd file), reports (.REP files) and the documents folder, if any, into that folder.
