FileCrypt displays the locations where the license file MUST be copied. So, to learn where to place the license file, simply type “filecrypt” from a terminal window. It can be placed in the same directory as the filecrypt application or in the directory “filecrypt data” located in your home directory. For your information, this directory is created automatically by FileCrypt the first time you launch it.
