Renditions for property located in the Dallas Central Appraisal District’s jurisdiction must be filed with the Appraisal District office. The mailing address for the general rendition forms is Dallas Central Appraisal District, Business Personal Property Division, P.O. Box 560368, Dallas, TX 75356. The physical street address of the Dallas Appraisal District’s office is 2949 N. Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, Texas, 75247. If your property is split between two appraisal districts, you must file renditions before the deadline with both districts. Examples are Denton County, City of Carrollton, and Tarrant County, City of Grand Prairie. If you are not certain of your business location in regard to split districts, please contact our office.
