Where may Title I, Part A services be provided to private/nonpublic school students?
• Services may be provided at the private/nonpublic school, including religiously affiliated schools, or at other locations mutually agreed upon by the private/nonpublic and public school officials. What services may be provided to private/nonpublic school students, parents, and educators? • Services may include assistance through a pull-out model, supplementary instruction, direct instruction, computer-assisted instruction, tutoring, counseling, family literacy, and early childhood programs. • The law requires that private/nonpublic school teachers, parents of Title I, Part A students, and other educational personnel be included in the design of professional development activities.
