Where is the year of the journal registered?
Year for a journal is first registered when you have selected journal. When you register an article, you do not register a new journal. You search in our list of journals. Search on parts of the title (with an asterisk * at the end). You will then get a list of results and can select the title from the list. Only when this selection has taken place, is it possible to register year, volume etc.
