Where is the Will Call desk located?
The Will Call desk is accessible through the 81st Street entrance to the Museum, between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue. Upon entering take the stairs to the left or elevator to the right of the entrance down to the lower level of the Rose Center, where the Will Call desk is located. Please note that the Will Call desk is open only during regular Museum hours.
