Where is the warm-up regulator/control pressure regulator located?
The control pressure regulator, or warm-up regulator, is located at the back of the intake manifold. Its difficult to see it without removing the coil. It’s about 2x2x3 inches and has two fuel lines and an electrical connector going to it. Its difficult to remove, due to the location. It’s held on with two allen bolts, 5mm size. 931 Oil Line bolt torques (from the 924.org discussion board) OK let’s start from the top. First, there are four banjo bolts that are associated with the oil filter mounting block. One holds the oil filter mounting block to the engine block and is torqued to 43 ft lb. From there, the book is a little unclear as to the torques for the various lines. The two banjo bolts that hold the lines going to and from the oil cooler have 22 or 24 mm heads. The single banjo bolt in the line going to the turbo has a 19 mm head just as you said. The book gives a torque of 41 ft lb for “oil line banjo bolts-to-filter mount”. Then it gives a torque of 61 ft lb for the “oil feed
