For starters, the reality TV star said she used diet pills to lose weight and even promotes Quick Trim. As for the salads, the Charbroiled Chicken Salad is not a terrible choice, weighing in with 250 calories, 9 g fat, 75 mg cholesterol and 590 mg sodium (before adding dressing), and the Side Salad barely counts with just 50 calories and 2.5 g fat.
