Currently, the VHS Surveillance Area includes Lake Michigan, Grand Traverse bays and bays de Noc, and the St. Mary’s River along with their tributary streams up to the first fish barrier if one exists. This Management Area also includes all inland waters above the first fish barrier to Great Lakes fish in the Lake Huron, St. Clair River, Lake St. Clair, Detroit River, and Lake Erie watersheds.
