Sorry, there are no longer Unemployment Offices in California; you can only reach Unemployment Insurance workers by phone. The West Oxnard Job & Career Center (JCC) shares the office with the State of California Employment Development Department (EDD), and a few of the EDD employees may at times be able to answer questions. The best way to contact Unemployment Insurance Services is through the Internet by using the “Ask EDD” feature on their web site. We have directions and can show you how to access this feature.
