Where is the Spider Mastermind in PlayStation Final Doom?

While the Spider Mastermind enemy is seen in the “Cast of characters” at the end of the game, it doesn’t actually appear in the game. That cast sequence was simply copied from the earlier PlayStation Doom game, where that enemy does appear.
