Where is the SMART911 service available?
SMART911 is just beginning to be available across the country. Use the Zip Code check on the SMART911 Home page to see if service is available in your area. In regions where SMART911 service is not yet fully implemented, your emergency information may still be useful to 911 operators, emergency responders and disaster personnel. If you enter information about a household located in a region where the SMART911 is not yet providing full service, we will inform you of this during registration. To get full SMART911 service from providers of police, fire, and paramedic services, contact your local political leaders and public safety officials to request them to take the steps necessary for SMART911 service to be available in your community.
