Where is the resource editor?

Dev-C++ doesn’t have a visual resource editor. If you need to edit resource files (*.rc) then you can either do it by hand (in the text editor) or download and use a free resource editor. Some people recommended ResEd. I am currently (i.e. seldom, when I have time and mood) working on a resource editor project. You can get the current version from here. Alternatively you can use a GUI library/toolkit. Apparently there is no library that satisfies everybody, but the most popular ones are wxWidgets, GTK, FLTK and Fox. MFC and Qt can not be used with MinGW as far as I know. New: I heard there is a QT for MinGW; I don’t know any other details about it so you’re on your own.
