This weekly program is conducted at our Wellness Center location in the Counseling Building, across from the Health Center Pharmacy. You can call 407.823.2924 or 407.823.5841 to make an appointment. Or, you can just drop in during office hours at either Wellness Center location to use the Stress Relief Stop computer game.
