Where is the pulse generator located on a 2000 Hyundai Accent GS?
This is what Hyundai has when it comes to have problems with pulse generator sensor: Some 2000-2003 ACCENT vehicles may experience the following conditions: Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P0722: No pulse generator-B signal Third-gear “Fail-Safe” condition “Check Engine” light on If the vehicle experiences the above symptoms: 1. Inspect the pulse generator-B and replace if necessary. 2. Reprogram the TCM using the Hi-Scan Pro. VEHICLES AFFECTED: 2000-2002 and some early 2003 MY Accent vehicles with automatic transmissions. PRODUCTION DATE RANGE: 3-DOOR: Produced through October 11, 2002 4-DOOR: Produced through September 3, 2002 The pulse generator senor is a two connector wired from the main wiring harness and splitting to pulse generator A and B.
