Where is the Product ID that I am supposed to enter when first running the FlipAlbum program?
The Product ID (PID) should have been included in the invoice email that was sent to your registered email address if you had purchased the download version, or on the jewel case if you had purchased the box version. It should look like XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXXX. Please take note that the “0”s are the number zero and not the letter “o”.
