The Pavilion Convention Center is located at 1000 19th Street, Virginia Beach, VA 23451 Directions to the Pavilion Convention Center: FROM THE NORTH: From I-95 South, take I-295 (Exit 84). Go Southeast on I-295 to I-64 East (Exit 28). Take I-64, passing by Newport News, to SR-44. Travel east on I-264 (Virginia Beach-Norfolk Expressway) until the expressway ends. Take exit 22 and turn right onto Birdneck Road. Then left onto 19th Street. Parking will be on your left. FROM THE SOUTH: From I-95 North, take US-58 (Exit 11) to I-64 West. Go West on I-64 to I-264. Travel east on I-264 (Virginia Beach-Norfolk Expressway) until the expressway ends. Take exit 22 and turn right onto Birdneck Road. Then left onto 19th Street. The Pavilion Convention Center and parking will be on your left.
