I did manage to discover that my dealer ripped me off on the last (and first one for this new vehicle) oil change. None of the bolts on the plastic shield had been removed – ever. They obviously didn’t replace the filter – probably b/c its a bit of a PITA to do so. All the more reason to change the oil yourself. Now if i can just figure out how to reset the computer to register the oil change.
