Where is the Notice of Sale published and how often?
The Notice of Sale is published in an adjudicated newspaper of general circulation in the city where the property is located. If there is not a paper adjudicated to run legal notices in that city; then a newspaper in the judicial district may be used. The Notice of Sale must publish once a week for three weeks with the first ad running no later than 20 days before the sale.
