With the RX-V3800 there is not a Night mode button on the remote control. In order to make adjustments for night listening the receiver must be setup in the Adaptive DRC (Adaptive Dynamic Range Control) settings. To set the Adaptive DRC on the RX-V3800 to operate, follow the instructions below. NOTE: In order to make these adjustments you will need to have a TV/Monitor connected to one of the RX-V3800 monitor outputs. • Press the [POWER] button on the RX-V3800 remote control to turn on the receiver. • Set the remote control to [AMP] using the [SIDE SELECTOR] switch located to the right of the [VOLUME CONTROL] buttons on RX-V3800 remote control. • Press the [MENU] (Set Menu) Button on the RX-V3800 remote control.
