Where is The Net headed in the long run?
Our focus is on reaching this generation of young adults! Our desire is that the ministry will have a city wide influence on the young adult community of Corpus Christi and within the college campuses. Additionally, we hope over time to see more churches in the community find partnership with The Net . Together, cooperatively, we can work toward a “kingdom approach” of effective ministry in the City. As far as we know that may very well be the full extent of this ministry’s vision for its entire duration of existance. However, we do consider the possibility in a very distant future, that the Net Fellowship could expand or need to affiliate such that it includes some of the characteristics of a conventional church ministry. Were this to occur, we would still expect the young adults arm of the ministry to have an independent and inter-church style and appeal just as it does now.
