Model number and serial number are located on a silver label located on the outside of the evaporative cooler. Many models will have this label on the top portion of an outside corner. On the MasterCool® models the label is located on the side of the dry section towards the top. The front of the Owners Guide provides a box to record these important numbers for future reference.
