Where is the Mint mark for a Indian head penny located?

There was no mint mark until Nov. 1908 as all were minted at the Philadelphia Mint (thus no mint mark). In Nov. 1908 and in 1909, some were minted at the San Francisco Mint which had an “S” underneath the bow on the reverse side of the coin. The value of the San Francisco Mint made coins are higher than those made at the Philadelphia Mint.
