Where is the master reset located on the newer Motorola razr v3m?
Answer Hi Fran – I have recently found out that Verizon has removed the ability to Master Reset their phones and that is why you are unable to find the options to do this. The Razr itself is capable of being reset, but Verizon has altered the firmware so that this is not possible. Most likely, this may be because some of their settings that are critical to accessing their network may be wiped away with a master reset, but for whatever reason, you cannot mater reset a newer Verizon phone yourself. You may want to check with Verizon customer care to see if they can send a code to reset your phone of if there is another way to do this since you want to sell your phone. If you are able to find out how to do this, please let me know, if you don’t mind, as this will help others trying to do the same thing. So far, I have been unable to get this information. Thanks.
