I mean by “pockets” companies that have especially good relationships with the governmental sources. As a matter of fact, companies acting in the field of homeland security must have suitable staff, high level of knowledge and experience and good products. In addition to that, they must have good relationships with the government because of being it the main customer of companies – developers of homeland security.
