Where is the Lost and Found Office?
Students frequently turn in items found to offices such as the switchboard at the Administration Bldg., the Library, the Physical Education Dept., and the Cafeteria. These offices are required to bring the item found to the Campus Police Office, the official Lost and Found location, as soon as possible. A reasonable attempt will be made to locate the owner of the property. Property will be held for 90 days, and if the owner cannot be located, the item will then be destroyed if it has little or no value. If an item has significant value and remains unclaimed, it will be transferred to the local police department for eventual disposition.
