Where is the location of the crankshaft sensor in a 1999 Jeep Cherokee V8?
The crankshaft sensor is located on the driver side of the bellhousing. Wher the bell housing and the motor meet it is located at the top of the two on the bellhousing side. It will be a black sensor with a goldish bracket and 2 black wires going into which are covered by a piece of crickle tube that goes to the passenger side where it the harness plug is located.
