The Chemotherapy Regimens List is not included in the OPCS Tabular List or Index. It is found on the NHS CFH website at: http://www.connectingforhealth.nhs.uk/systemsandservices/data/interventionclassification/downloadsopcs44/opcs-4-4-chemotherapy-regimens The OPCS-4.3 Chemotherapy Regimens List was issued in April 2006 as an MS Excel spreadsheet in Vol 3 Issue 2 Coding Clinic. It has been replaced by the OPCS-4.4 version.
