Where is the lens in the PS2?
If you’ve seen the original PS1 or a compact disc player, the lens is in a comparable spot. The only difference is that the lens in embedded into a plastic case, and the plastic case moves from left to right on a set of rails. So, if you open up your PS2, you’ll see that it’s on the right side underneath the disc drive (The part that slides in and out.) You should be able to see it without removing the drive, since the back of the drive expands a bit so that the laser can read the disc. I’m not quite sure why you’re asking, but that’s where it is.
