Internet Explorer wallpaper is saved and can be located in the following navigation folder: C:\Documents and Settings\Owner (or your name)\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer. Note that every time a new image is chosen to be used as a new desktop wallpaper from the Internet, the old Internet Explorer wallpaper is overwritten.
