A 2003 Power-stroke has no injection pump, the 7.3L and the 6.0L engines both use hydraulically operated injectors. The high pressure oil system is used to amplify the pressure of the fuel inside the injectors. There are several good sites on the net that will help you understand the operation of the engine if you look. As for the oil injection pump, it is located in the front of the lifter valley on a 7.3L and towards the rear of the lifter valley under a cover plate on the 6.0L.
