Where is the ignition control module on a 96 Kia Sephia?

We have had soo many problems with my Kia lately. Now, it’ll try to turn over, but won’t start. The spark plugs are not getting fire. We would appreciate ANY advice anyone can give! We’re thinking about having the ignition control module tested at Autozone. Can anyone tell us where to find that??? Thanks in advance! Alicia A: First, don’t jump to conclusions too fast. How do you know that it is the ignition control module? Did a mechanic say this? Check your spark plug wires. Look for cracks, etc. You may also want to test the wires with a continuity tester. Second, inspect the distributor cap and rotor. If it is cracked or the distributor/rotor has a lot of carbon deposits, then you will lose spark. You could take the module to Autozone or pay a mechanic to diagnose the problem, then fix it yourself if it is simple. A replacement distributor is going to run you over $200. You need to ask yourself if it is worth the hassle to save some money.
