The wiring diagram shows that the connector for the IAT is a two wire connector; one wire is red with a yellow stripe the other is green with a yellow stripe. The IAT connector should be under the Throttle Body with the TPS above it and the MAP to the side of it. The IAT usually goes directly into the intake manifold on the Honda engines. you should be able to locate it if you look at the colors of the wires for the connectors.
