The office of the Humane Society is located at 1825 S. Lincoln Ave. just south of Salem next to Circle K. The building, which formerly operated as the John Liggett Veterinarian Clinic was purchased in April 2008 and named the R.O.C.C.(Reduce Overpopulation of Cats and Canines) and Rescue Center of Salem.
