Where is the Historical Publications Section located?
The actual office is at 120 West Lane Street, Raleigh, NC. Our mailing address is 4622 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC, 27699-4622. Having two different addresses often creates confusion. All of our mail goes through a central office. You may, however, come to the office on West Lane Street to purchase books. We have all the titles offered on display. • Do you accept credit cards? Please allow ten to fifteen working days from the time we receive your order for processing. • Do you give out FREE publications about North Carolina? Historical Publications unfortunately does not have any free material, except a catalog of publications and bookmarks, for the public.
