Hibachi Japan, an express Japanese and sushi restaurant, has opened at 110 E. 10th St., Suite 200, at the corner of 10th and Evans streets in the same new shopping center as Starbucks and Subway. Owner Richard Lin also owns the Hibachi Xpress Japanese fast-food restaurant at 2414 Stantonsburg Road in Stanton Square, in the Pitt County Memorial Hospital area.
