Where is the # (hash or pound/number sign) key?
We are using UK keyboards. Apple have chosen to replace # on their UK keyboard with the £ symbol. You can however generate a # symbol by holding down the alt key and pressing the 3 key at the same time. Alternatively you can select a different keyboard (eg US) prior to login but this isn’t recommended as it will change other key assignments and potentially lead to confusion.
