Where is the geopolitical and inflation risk premium in mainstream S&P500 stocks?
Nowhere. Lower valuations are dictated with the current risks. Where is the risk premium in S&P options, resident to the VIX? Nowhere. Higher option premiums are dictated with the current risks. Where is the risk premium in the long-dated US Treasury bond offerings? Nowhere. The over-supply dictates higher yields to be promised.
