Where is the fuel filter on a 1998 dodge intrepid??

Well unfortunately it is not a serviceable fuel filter on the Dodge L series (Intrepid, LHS and Concorde). Dodge thought it was a good idea to put the fuel filter in the fuel tank along with the fuel pump. I am not talking about the strainer sock that is on the inlet side of the fuel pump. This is a very large diameter filter within the fuel tank. There is probably never a need to service the fuel filter as it is an extremely large filter and catches the particles inside the fuel tank. I am not sure Dodge even suggests a replacement interval for the fuel filter.
